HARDGAINER





hello doctor, i`m here because i think that i`m a hardgainer because i go to gyn every day and i`m not stronger.
hello gay, we can look it but first i need to know qwhat you eat what exercices you do in the gyn.
ok doctor my eat i fink is good because i eat 5 times for day and i eat so much... so gay i`m looking that you are not polite with your eat and exercices i will say some things

   Many people talk that has a balanced diet, when you ask her to explain in detail takes a good scare. People will grow up thinking that taking chocolate milk in the morning and bread with jam between large meals, eating a piece of meat at lunch and dinner, among other things much worse than just the team sees hypertrophy. To grow no point eating too much, not too little but correctly and in the proper amount for you. It is necessary to blend the precise combination of carbohydrates, fats and proteins mainly vitamins and last. So why you don`t try to do it?


  Another thing is Excess Training. Quantity not quality! If you think that the more workout more results you are sorely mistaken. To his astonishment, the more results you will get less training. Person training 6 times a week, with many absurdities training exercises, many sets and reps and mostly working out one muscle group more than once a week. Friend, your body only grows when you are resting and not when you are working out, this is fact.   Some times the problem is  not the thing but you so try to do correct with my advices and don`t fall with this because is to you.
